Priligy may be used before sexual intercourse in order to increase its duration. A duration of the sexual intercourse will be by 4-6 times longer than usually after the use of the tablet.
A mechanism of ejaculation is regulated by mainly a synaptic nervous system. An impulse that launches a process of ejaculation is generated in the spinal cord and goes to brain stem through the nervous system. A mechanism of the action of Priligy consists in slowing the impulse through the nervous system. As soon as it goes to the brain, an innervation of genocysts happens, so that ejaculation occurs.
Priligy does not influence on the sensitivity of the nerve endings of the penis, and therefore the use of the tablet does not affect the quality of intimacy and sensations a man receives during the sexual intercourse.
According to the results of the medical studies, Dapoxetine also blocks reuptake of serotonin and increases its concentration in neurons. Due to this, a man easily relaxes during sex, forgets about problems and gets rid of anxiety and fear to fail. It helps to reduce load from the nervous system and increase a therapeutic action of Priligy.
On the average, a control of the ejaculatory function is kept within 8-12 hours after the use of the tablet. A sensitivity of the nervous system is individual, and so a period of the action may vary.
